Potato Much

This morning I woke up at like... 9 maybe... I don't remember. Anyway, I called up Carol, who was asleep, woke her up, and inquired about whether or not we were going to attend set construction today. She didn't know, and called the theater to find out. No answer. We eventually decided to skip set construction, and I would just come over at 2 to pick her up and go to Lansing for the Forever In A Day show. So, I got some gas, watched some tv, and then went and picked her up. Brian was there which is always fun.

We left Carol's house and drove for about an hour and a half. When we arrived, we were way super early, so we went to an internet cafe down the street and got some super yummy vegan chai teas. After that, we went to the venue and sat in my car listening to Silverstein for a while. Then we went in when everyone was getting there.

First Storms In May played, but we missed most of their set because we made a run for cigarettes during the first song and got back half way through the last song, which was really disappointing because they were really good. We lit up while they were getting unset and Four Word Cause was setting up. They were really good too. After them, Farwell played. They rocked too... but best of all was Forever In A Day.

After they played, we left because we were tired and had headaches. On the way home in the car, we finally came up with a band name, The Vendeada. So check us out at http://www.myspace.com/thevendeada okay? We're looking for more band members though, we need a lead guitarist, a rhythm guitarist, a bassist, and a keyboard player. Thanks!

Anyway, we stopped at Wendy's on the way back and got some french fries, which are awesomely totally vegetarian as they are cooked in peanut oil, and I also got a baked potato.
