I think I want to try and perfect the recipe for Key Lime Pie.
There are so many ways to make it...
With sour cream... with egg yolks.
With both, perhaps?
I'm not sure...
And what on top?
Lime jello?
Cool whip all over?
Meringue?
A lining of whipped cream just around the edge?
A mixture of sour cream and cool whip?
I don't really like how sweet it ends up tasting. I want to make the most perfectly tart key lime pie.
