Back and away to North America in 3 days. I'm so excited.
About pretty much everything.
So much fun stuff is going to happen.
But. Before that can happen, I'm going to cut peaches in half, take the pits out, put maple syrup inside, put them back together, wrap them in puff pastry, sit them in a muffin tin, and bake them into little peach pies.
